Defi Wallet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ODOS CRYPTO WALLET App available on the App Store (IOS App) (“App”). Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory prerequisite for using the App. By interacting with/using/recommending/registering/referring/linking to the App, you are deemed to accept these Terms, indicating your voluntary and explicit agreement. Should you not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with using the App. If you engage with the App without accepting these Terms, you absolve ODOS CRYPTO WALLET, its owners, affiliates, employees, and related entities from any liability and relinquish your right to legal recourse against them. Discontinue the use of ODOS CRYPTO WALLET if you do not accept all Terms outlined here. You also accept these Terms by continuing to use the App or by opting to agree through the App’s interface.

• Service: The ODOS CRYPTO WALLET app and website.
• Acceptable Use Policy: Rules governing the use of the Service, prohibiting illegal activities, misuse of intellectual property, distribution of harmful software, interference with the Service, spamming, and violation of other service terms.
• Account Information: Your personal details are provided during account creation or management.
• API: An application programming interface.
• Content: Various forms of media and documentation offered through the Service.
• Losses: Claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees.
• Our Marks: Trademarks and logos of ODOS CRYPTO WALLET and ODOS GROUP PTY LTD.
• Order: An agreement for Services or Products made with ODOS CRYPTO WALLET.
• Policies: This Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documents.
• Privacy Policy: The privacy policy governing data usage and protection.
• Third-Party Content: Content from third parties available through the Service.
• Service Offerings: Services, APIs, Content, and products provided under this Agreement, excluding Third-Party Content.
• Suggestions: Recommendations for improving the Service Offerings.
• Your Content: Data you transfer for processing or storage in connection with your Account, excluding Account Information.
• General Use of the Services: Access and use the Services according to this Agreement and applicable laws.
• Access to the Services: Services are accessible through various platforms unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-Party Content and Services: Governed by this Agreement and additional terms, if applicable.

• ODOS CRYPTO WALLET is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet developed by ODOS GROUP PTY LTD. It enables users to manage crypto assets on compatible blockchain networks.
• Access and usage of the App, including its Products and Services, are provided by ODOS CRYPTO WALLET. Users must agree to these Terms for usage.

• Registration involves providing personal information accurately and updating it as necessary.
• Upon registration, you become a Client and gain access to the Services.

• Responsibilities include safeguarding private keys, legal use of the Services, maintaining confidentiality of account information, and adherence to legal and Acceptable Use Policies.

• Payments for services can be made through specified methods, with each party responsible for their taxes and fees.

• Rights to access Services may be suspended for violations, security risks, or legal compliance. Suspended users remain responsible for incurred fees.

• The App, Services, and related content are copyrighted. ODOS CRYPTO WALLET retains all rights, and users are prohibited from unauthorised use or reproduction of the content.

• Users must maintain confidentiality of information obtained through the App and are liable for any disclosure

• ODOS CRYPTO WALLET is not responsible for user-generated content on the App and users must defend the company against related claims.

• Limitations on liability and disclaimers regarding service use, with ODOS CRYPTO WALLET not accountable for indirect losses or damages arising from App usage.

• Liability is capped at the resupply of Services, with ODOS CRYPTO WALLET not responsible for indirect damages.

• Terms may be terminated by either party under specified conditions, including breach of agreement or legal requirements.

• Users agree to indemnify ODOS CRYPTO WALLET against losses arising from their content, use of the App, or breach of Terms.

• Disputes must first be addressed through negotiation and mediation before legal proceedings.

• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Victoria, Australia.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

• Parties acknowledge the fairness of the Terms and have had the opportunity for independent legal advice.

• If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
